Do you Want to Transfer Your Subscription to a New Device?
We need some info to transfer your current subscription to a new device.
Step 1: Install Dreamstreams on Your New Device
Ensure you install the correct version for your subscription: Dreamstreams or Dreamstreams Plus+.
Step 2: Activate the App on Your New Device
If prompted for an activation code, please note the User ID shown on the screen. This is required for reattaching your code to the new installation. The ‘User ID’ is displayed at the top of the screen and consists of a string of numbers and letters (see the image below). Important: Your ‘User ID’ and subscription code are necessary to complete the transfer process.
Step 3: Provide Your Subscription Details and New User ID
If you do not have your current subscription code from before please provide the following information:
- Your Name and email
- The length of your subscription
Important: Code transfers may take up to 24 hours. Once complete, your new device will automatically activate with your code. You do not need to enter it manually.Please wait 24 hours before contacting us if the transfer is not completed.
